Exeter Cathedral Visit

Please enter an introduction for your news story here.

Year 6 went to Exeter Cathedral and St Martins church on Wednesday. Firstly, they looked around St Martins church and had to find similarities and differences between the church and then the cathedral. The biggest difference they learnt was that a cathedral has a special chair called the Cathedra (which is why a cathedral is called a cathedral) and this is where the bishops sit. It was such a brilliant day and really interesting. Thank you to our parent helpers Mrs Smith and Mrs Acton – hope you also enjoyed the day!
